Application Proprietary License

1. Ownership & Proprietary Rights
The Microblog application source code, interface designs, brand assets, database schemas, and proprietary algorithms (collectively, the "Software") are the exclusive intellectual property of Microblog. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain reserved.
2. Grant of License
Subject to compliance with these terms, users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Microblog service for creating, publishing, reading, and sharing digital content via authorized web interfaces.
Under this license, you MAY NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform source code.
- Sublicense, resell, lease, or commercially distribute the core application platform.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices embedded in the application.
- Use automated scrapers to harvest platform data in violation of terms.
3. User Content Ownership
Authors retain full copyright and ownership of articles, text, images, and media they create and publish on Microblog. By posting content on the platform, authors grant Microblog a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and index the content for public readership and search indexing.
4. Third-Party Libraries
Microblog incorporates open-source software libraries under their respective permissive licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD-3-Clause). Full attributions and license texts for third-party packages are available on our dedicated Third-Party Licenses page.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
